I offer one-on-one appointments which usually take place online. I support clients with a wide range of goals; including

- Optimum health check (Assess your current health status, can we optimise your diet or lifestyle.)
After working in a stressful work environment for many years, I plan to focus on supporting women that may be in similar demanding career. I am aware of the restraints that such a career may put on you and the limitations on the changes we can make.
In South Africa, we are blessed with wonderful cities, incredible fresh produce, unbelievable weather, and amazing active outdoor hobbies – lets make the most of it!

After booking your consultation, you will receive an in-depth personal health questionnaire which you can fill out before the first consultation. This questionnaire gives me an idea of how your body is functioning and what your goals are for the upcoming consultation.
The initial consultation will last one hour. It will comprehensively cover your current health status, health history, health concerns and health goals. We will then discuss your personal health goals, following how your body may be functioning at the moment and potential focus areas for improvement. To close, we will discuss what changes we can make and any ways I can support you at the moment to achieve your personal health goals.
I usually recommend a follow-up consultation a week or two after the first consultation. This allows me to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments, if required. The follow-up consultations usually last 45 minutes. Further consultations may be required, depending on your individual situation and your progress.
I offer consultation packages as it takes time for us to form bad habits and it may also take time for us to learn good ones. The packages include private nutrition consultations. I often work with clients on an eight-, 12- or 16-week programme, depending on the packages they opt for. Ongoing WhatsApp or email support is also included throughout the duration of your package.

These initial first steps can be extremely valuable in getting your health back on track and allowing you to feel empowered and invested in your own health. I am here to give ongoing advice, encouragement and support and even stand accountable as long as you need.
With new clients, I usually suggest a 15-minute discovery call, welcoming any questions they may have about the process and how I may be of support.
